This home was inspired by some of the nicely designed shelters in our national parks of the 1950s 1960s
I have taken the concept further by making this simple structure the entire home. The bedroom would be enclosed, but the rest of the home would require you to have less stuff and dress warmer in cooler conditions. I believe if we are ever going to start taking care of our environment then it just may hurt a little.
This home features a solar panel, rain water collection for the toilet, a pull down wall screen for bad weather and a working garden.
